ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner was working as junior bailiff in the Labour court, Madurai. He was placed under suspension. Challenging the same and also seeking subsistence allowance, this writ petition has been filed.

2. During the pendency of the writ petition, he reached the age of superannuation on 31.03.2016. He also had been given all the benefits. Subsequently, he passed away. His legal heirs have not come on record. Notice was sent to the petitioner's address. It was received by the petitioner's wife. But she has not chosen to come on record to prosecute the writ petition. In fact, nothing survives for adjudication. 2/4
