This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give necessary police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 15.09.2016.
2. .Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23231 of 2016 4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
