The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent made a submission that the writ petitioner had already been dismissed from service and the appeal filed by him was also rejected by the competent authority of the Cooperative Department. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
