ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to open the Arulmigu Sri Kaliamman Temple and ensure that the petitioner along with other villagers is permitted to enter, worship and perform daily poojas at the said temple situated at Annanchi Uchampatti village, Theni Taluk, Theni District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2025.
2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directed the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
