O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2014.

2. The 2nd respondent herein had filed a counter indicating that the petitioner had already approached the State Human Rights Commission in reference No.G4/40834/116/14, which had been forwarded to the Deputy Superintendent of Polcie, Tenkasi for personal enquiry. A summon was sent to the petitioner in C.No.37/SDOF/Memo/2014, dated 15.09.2014, which

was refused to be received by the petitioner. Subsequently, the said enquiry officer had forwarded his report to the State Human Rights Commission on 26.09.2014.

3. As the petitioner had already approached the State Human Rights Commission, seeking for a similar relief, the writ petition for the same prayer cannot be entertained and hence, the writ petition is dismissed. There is no order as to costs.
