ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to restrain the fourth respondent from running flour/rice mill in Door No.16, Aramanaikadai Street, Orathanadu town panchayat without due permissions, by considering petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and third respondents.

3. Without adverting to the averments made in the writ petition, considering the limited relief sought for, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of two 2/4

(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent herein, within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter,

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
