O R D E R

This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No. 420 of 2016 dated 29.09.2016 on the file of the second respondent and Transfer the investigation from the second Respondent to any other police Officer in Dindigul District and to file the final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that FIR in Crime No.420 of 2016, on the file of the second respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Further Action Dropped', on 10.10.2017 itself and the closure report has also been filed before the concerned Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without conducting proper enquiry, the respondent police closed the FIR and also the closure report has not been served to the petitioner.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23376 of 2016 at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Court in the manner known to law, if so advised.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
