This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of 1/4

auction cum Final Reminder for Agri Loan Account (NF 1034), dated 09.11.2021 passed by the respondent in his proceedings Nil and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequently after filing of the writ petition, on the basis of one time settlement, the petitioner has settled the amount and on that basis, the loan account came to be closed and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
