None appears for the petitioner. There was no representation yesterday also.

3. I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the respondents from putting up any community drama stage in the petition-mentioned survey number. After conducting spot inspection, the respondents confirmed before this Court that the drama stage is proposed to be put up in survey No.617/1. The said land has been classified as natham. It is further stated that the site is at the distance of 21.6 mts. from the petitioner's present house. The petitioner has no right to insist that the respondents should not put up community drama stage in the said survey number. This Court can pass restrain order only if legal grounds are made out. It must be shown that the petitioner's rights have been infringed 2/4
