O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members and limb.

2.The petitioner sought police protection to him and his family members. Now, almost 4 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
