Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to resist the cutting process by the 4th respondent being conducted without any open tender of the Seemaikaruvel trees in Kovani Kanmoi situated in Survey No.23 to an extent of 19 Hectares 07 Ares at Attor group, Kovani Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk and further directing the 2nd respondent to call for fresh tender to cut the Seemaikaruvel trees in Kovani Kanmoi situated in Survey No.23 to an extent of 19 Hectares 07 Ares and in Survey No.12-1 to an extent of 7 hectares 65 Ares at Attor group, Kovani Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk in accordance with law.
