This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.149 of 2017, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Pattukottai, as against the petitioner.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties. Hence, he wants to withdraw this case and also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
