This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.177 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kadayanallur Police Station, Kadayanallur, Tirunelveli District, as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in crime No.177 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent No.1 laid the charge sheet before the Fast Track Court, Tenkasi on 15.11.2018 and the same was taken cognizance in S.C.No.638 of 2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
