ORDER
The order of the fourth respondent dated 13.05.2016 is sought to be quashed in the present Writ Petition and further direction is sought for to direct the fourth respondent to reinstate the petitioner as Sweeper with all back wages and service benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.21070 of 2019 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has filed W.P.(MD)No.3868 of 2017, challenging the very same impugned order dated 13.05.2016 and the same is pending before this Court. Suppressing the pendency of the earlier Writ Petition, the petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition, challenging the very same impugned order dated 13.05.2016. The respondents have also filed counter affidavit in W.P.(MD)No.3868 of 2017 in USR.No.5290 before the Registry on 09.06.2019.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not denied the said fact.
4.In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
