Respondents/Complainants PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.209 of 2016 from the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent officer in the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police to investigate the case with a direction to the first respondent to monitor the investigation of the said case and to file a final report as per law and pass any such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.209 of 2016 from the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent officer in the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police to investigate the case with a direction to the first respondent to monitor the investigation of the said case and to file a final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already the investigation in Crime No.209 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent police has been completed and also final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same has been taken cognizance and it is pending for trial and hence, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23812 of 2016 prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
