PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take necessary action based on the petitioner compliant dated 09.07.2025 in CSR No. 119/2025, within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner with a grievance that his complaint dated 09.07.2025 has not been acted upon by the respondent police, has filed this writ petition.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents and submits that the complaint of this petitioner was enquired and it was closed by the respondent police as it is a pathway dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party, by advising them to approach the competent civil Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to this petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
