ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give police protection for petitioner's life, limp and fencing the petitioner's property in survey No.254/1E with an extent of 1 acre 24 cents situated at Thiruthalaiyur Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2016.
2.The petitioner seeks police protection for petitioner's life, limp and fencing the petitioner's property in survey No.254/1E with an extent of 1 acre 24 cents situated at Thiruthalaiyur Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
