For Petitioner :Mr.A.V.Arun For R1 to R3 :Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh Government Advocate (crl.side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to provide protection to the petitioner and his family members basing on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2023.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel that there are issues between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent Nos.4 and 5. The earlier complaint filed by the petitioner was closed on the statement given by the petitioner's grandson, by name Anandkumar that the petitioner and the unofficial respondent Nos.4 and 5 will resolve their issues in the civil Court. Subsequent to that, the unofficial respondent Nos.4 and 5 have once again trespassed on 29.07.2023 and damaged the property, basing on which the petitioner has filed a complaint again on 02.08.2023, but no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) reports that the complaint dated 02.08.2023 has not been received so far by the police and therefore, no action was initiated.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh application before the police, on which the respondent police are directed to consider and dispose of the same immediately by following due process of law.
