Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for entire records relating to the impugned rejection issued by the then District Elementary Educational Officer, Virudhunagar now merged with the Post of District Educational Officer, Sivakasi i.e. 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.156/A4/2017, dated 26.03.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the
