ORDER

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to quash the order dated 07.06.2014 and to direct the second respondent to promote the writ petitioner to the post of P.G. Assistant by considering the writ petitioner's representation. 2.Counter filed by the second respondent Secretary to the School states that the writ petitioner had already been re-deployed to another school and the post of B.T. Assistant (Tamil) has been declared as surplus even in the subsequent years. Thus, there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

W.P.(MD)No.9257/2014 ground to adjudicate the present Writ Petition. When the post itself has not been granted and the writ petitioner was re-deployed and joined in the re-deployed school, no further adjudication is required.

3.In respect of other Writ Petition filed by the very same writ petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.2700 of 2015, this Court has already closed Cont.P.(MD)No.434 of 2015.

4.Thus, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
