Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.) appearing for the first respondent.
2. The petitioner had purchased crackers from the private respondents. The petitioner owes to pay a certain sum of money to the private respondents. The case of the petitioner is that the private respondents are threatening the petitioner with dire consequences. In this regard, the petitioner had earlier given a complaint dated 09.08.2021 and the first respondent has also issued receipt. The enquiry was conducted and the case was since closed. The petitioner has earlier filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13398 of 2021 in this regard. The transaction between the petitioner and the private respondents appears to be rather civil in nature. The petitioner has also filed O.S.No.93 of 2021 before the jurisdictional civil Court seeking the relief of injunction against the private respondents herein.
3.Be that as it may, the private respondents being the petitioner's creditors cannot be faulted for demanding their money back. It is not the case of the petitioner that any such adverse consequence ensued. As on date, such a stage has not arisen. As and when any cause of action arises, it is open to the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18165 of 2021 move the jurisdictional police station and ask for action to be taken.
4.With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
