2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the complaint of this petitioner was enquired by the respondent police and it was closed on 30.07.2025, as they found that the complaint is false one.
