The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.08.2015, before granting permission to the third respondent herein to run cashew nut factory in Chitrangcode, Kanyakumari District.

Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader submitted that the prayer does not survive as no factory is permitted, which is stoutly refuted by Mr.E.V.N.Siva, learned counsel for the petitioner, who seeks liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy for redressal of any of his grievances. 3.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands closed with such liberty. No costs.
