ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the third respondent to take action in the matter on the basis of the petitioner's representation.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18011 of 2021 petitioner had earlier filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5501 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 19.04.2021 passed direction directing the Inspector of Police, Kottampatti Police Station to pass orders on the petitioner's request. It is stated that no action has been taken pursuant to the said direction.

3. If that be so, the remedy open to the petitioner is to file a petition for contempt. Filing another criminal original petition is not maintainable. With liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt petition, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
