Cont.P.(MD) No.1426 of 2019 2.Alleging disobedience of the interim direction issued by this Court, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 3.We find that interim direction has been issued to the Assistant Commissioners, HR & CE Department to send proposals to the Commissioner. It is not clear as to why the petitioner has impleaded the Commissioner, HR & CE Department. In any event, the main Writ Petition is pending.
