This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.629 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.629 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police has been completed and final report has also been filed before the concerned Court. Thereafter, the same was returned for some remarks and the same also complied with and represented before the Court concerned.
