Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SASIDHARAN TAMILKANI.S.T, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12971 of 2023 on 17.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12971 of 2023 on 17.07.2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
