Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking modification of the the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, passed in Crl.M.P.No.3368 of 2023, dated 01.08.2023 and exempt the petitioner from the payment of cost of Rs.25,000/- as non-refundable deposit to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Sivagangai. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by the order dated 01.08.2023, while granting anticipatory bail, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as non refundable deposit before the 1/3

Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Sivagangai. He would further submit that the petitioner is only owner of the vehicle and he is not connected with the case. He being a coolie worker, unable to comply the above said condition. Hence, seeks modification. 3.Challenging the above said condition, the petitioners are before this Court. Considering the nature of offence only, the above said condition was imposed upon him by the Sessions Court. However, the petitioner without approaching the Sessions Court for modification, directly came to this Court. I find no reason to entertain this petition. This petition deserves to be dismissed. The petitioner can approach the concerned Court for modification.
