ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the writ petitioner's name from the History Sheet maintained by the third respondent in H.S.No.659 of 2013 on the basis of the writ petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the writ petitioner's name was removed from the history sheet in the year 2021 itself.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
