This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband to transfer the case in M.C.No.61 of 2021, which was filed by the respondents herein, from the file of the III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai to the Family Court at Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is attached to Indian Army and his request for transferring the Maintenance Case be ordered. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of retaining the proceedings on the file of the learned III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai, however with a direction that the presence of the petitioner herein shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.532 of 2021 not be insisted upon for all the hearings except for adducing evidence. It is made clear that the cross examination of the petitioner shall be concluded on the very same day when he submits himself for chief examination. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
