The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition had been filed seeking to quash the proceedings issued by the first Respondent in A3/4140/22 M.C.No.210/22, dated 12.09.2022 under Section 110(e) Cr.P.C., r/w 113 of Cr.P.C., and to quash the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently objected stating that the Petitioner had violated the bond, therefore, this Court cannot exercise the discretion under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with the direction to the Petitioner to appear before the first Respondent.
