Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records related to the punishment order Na.Ka.No.A9/30000/920/2013 dated 17.07.2015 passed by the 4th respondent and the order No.AP-32/A2/2015 dated 25.09.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent and the order C.No.194268/Rect.1(1)/2012 dated 27.11.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 2 to 4 to absorb the petitioner in the Tamil Nadu Police Force on par with other members of the Youth Brigade absorbed on the basis of the test held on 29.11.2015 and grant all the service and monetary benefits within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.
