Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 2.The petitioner intends to offer cross massage services. The petitioner has moved the first respondent seeking issuance of NOC. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's representation has not been considered till date. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
