ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to challenge the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Case No.16/2020, dated 13.09.2021 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. It is seen from the records that this writ petition is pending for the past three years without any interim order, even then, the first respondent did not take any steps to implement the order passed by the second respondent. That apart, there is an appeal remedy available as against the order passed by the second respondent.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the liberty is given to the petitioner file an appeal as against the order passed by the second respondent. 2/5

5. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file an appeal before the appellate authority as against the order passed by the second respondent in accordance with law. No costs.
