Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Senior counsel appearing for the fifth respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Senior counsel pointed out that a representative suit was filed in O.S.No.56 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Aruppukottai for the relief of declaration and permanent injunction. The fifth respondent figured as the third defendant and the said suit was dismissed on 26.06.2020. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

2. This writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
