ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.13 and 14, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b) r/w. 447, 379, 420, 430, 434, 465, 467, 468, 471, 304(ii) I.P.C. r/w. Section 109, 114, 511 I.P.C., and Section 3(i)(ii) and Section 4 of TNPPDL Act, 1992 and Section 6 r/w. 3(a), 4(a) of Explosive Substances Act, 1908 and Section 21(b)(5) of MM (D&R) Act, 1957 in Crime No.156 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are house wives and they have not involved in the offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent states that the petitioners are A13 and A14 in this case and there are totally 22 accused and charge sheet was laid showing the petitioners as absconding accused. The alleged overt act against the petitioners herein is that they are committing abetment to the illegal quarries and they are not the partners of the concerned firm.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the Judicial Magistrate, Melur and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
5. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
