ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 24.03.2025 and pass final orders within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the arguments of Ms.H.Jasima Yasmin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, his father and brother purchased the properties situated in Survey Nos.36/10 and 39/14 in Nilagiri, Therkuthottam, Manujapatti, Thanjavur under a registered sale deeds. Later, it came to the knowledge of the petitioner that the said properties had been subdivided into various new sub-divisions and pattas had been issued in favour of strangers in Patta Nos.3515, 3591, 4973, 4485, 4486, 1717, 3764, 5841, 867. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner submitted a representation on 24.03.2025 before the third respondent, seeking cancellation of pattas issued in the names of strangers. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.
The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.03.
of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons in whose names Patta Nos. 3515, 3591, 4973, 4485, 4486, 1717, 3764, 5841 and 867 stand as on today. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
