ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.38 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 506(2) and 379 IPC and Section 21(5) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulations) Act, 1957 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The earlier application filed by the petitioner came to be dismissed as the petitioner is having three previous cases in Crime Nos.386 of 2016, 171 of 2017 and 66 of 2021.

3.It appears that the petitioner indulged in similar nature of offences.

This is sufficient enough for dismissing this application. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
