Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondent.

2.The writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's application Nos.238 and 239 for grant of electricity connection for the agricultural well in S.Nos.29/1 and 27/2 at Singathakurichi village, Kunathur Taluk, Pudukottai District. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has reached seniority in the year 2022 and despite lapse of 3 years, since the petitioner has reached seniority, the application filed on 16.06.2010 by the petitioner's predecessor has not been processed. 4.The learned standing counsel for the respondent submits that the aforesaid application, dated 16.06.2010, in application Nos.238 and 239 will be processed as expeditiously as possible.

5.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, by directing the respondent to process the application filed by the petitioner's predecessor dated 16.06.2010 as per norms, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
