ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner wants the petition mentioned pathway to be surveyed and demarcated. It appears that the petitioner is having a civil dispute with one Muthuraj. The said Muthuraj has not been impleaded as a party in this writ petition. I am therefore not in a position to grant relief. It is open to the petitioner to submit a fresh application before the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent shall take a call after issuing notice to the said Muthuraj and others. I consciously refrain from entering into the merits of the matter.
3. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
