Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.38 of 2022 before the Trial Court concerned imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10858 of 2022, dated 20.06.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.
