ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the eviction notice issued under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, this Writ Petition has been filed.
2. Though the petitioner has challenged the eviction notice, today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition may be closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned with all documentary evidence available with him.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, also fairly submitted that the petitioner will be provided sufficient opportunity to prove his case and only thereafter, action will be taken.
