The writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the fourth respondent pertaining to the property in Old T.S.Nos.1210 and 1195, New T.S. Nos.1212 and 1214 and the houses bearing Door Nos.8, 8/1, 8/2 and 8/3, Chavadi Street @ Somasundara Velalar Street, Goripalayam Madurai Town. 2/4

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the respondents 1 to 3 will not interfere in any civil dispute between the petitioners and the fourth respondent herein. 3.Recording the such undertaking, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
