ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, under Section 175(3) Cr.P.C., in Crl.M.P.No.1077 of 2025 and the same was forwared by the learned Judicial Magistrate, by order dated 19.06.2025. The petitioner, with a grievance that his complaint forwarded by the learned Judicial Magistrate has not been registered with a criminal case, has filed this petition, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to comply with the order dated 19.06.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1077 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that for the very same crime, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.80 of 2025 on the file of the Suchindram Police Station on 08.02.2025 and therefore, they have not registered any case. They are also taking steps to add this petitioner as a witness in Crime No.80 of 2025. 2/4
