This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings issued by the second respondent, in Na.Ka.A4/2401/2021, dated 18.01.2023, would submit that the petitioner had died on 28.05.2018.

3. Recording the aforesaid proceedings, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
