O R D E R

The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the second respondent in M.H.S.Confdl.No.137/2024, dated 31.07.2024, and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu, Jeya, Male, aged about 47 years, Wife of Kasi, who has been terms as "Goonda" now confined in Special Prison for Women, Madurai before this Court and set the detenu at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.6550, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 19.09.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
