PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to fencing the property based on the representation dated 27.06.2019.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection for fencing the property, based on the representation, dated 27.06.2019.

2. Based on a complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 27.06.2019 against the respondents-3 to 7, the respondent police has conducted enquiry and closed the same. The enquiry reveals that the properties are belongs to the petitioners which was in their peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said property. While being so, the respondents- 3 to 7 are disturbing the petitioners possession and enjoyment of the property.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and take appropriate action as against the respondents-3 to 7, after issuing notice to them and thereafter, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No. 14013 of 2019 pass an order on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed off.
