ORDER

The above Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in S.T.C.No.316 of 2019, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the case is pending from the year 2019 and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai may be directed to dispose of the case within the time to be fixed by this Court.

4. Permission is granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai is directed to complete the trial and to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.316 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
