ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD).No.10474 of 2025 dated 24.06.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.10474 of 2025 dated 24.06.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
