The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the records in M.H.S.Confdl.No.127/2024, dated 13.07.2024 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Mathibalan, aged 29 years, S/o. Arumugam, who has been terms as "Goonda", now confined in Central Prison, Cuddalore before this Court and set the detenu at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.6094, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 12.09.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
